SEMI-CUSTOM WEBSITES
Semi-custom website suites are ideal for established firms ready to elevate their online presence. Each one is created by our skilled design team in Wix Studio, the platform’s most robust editor with the advanced design capabilities needed for sophisticated layouts and optimal functionality. Your purchase includes the pre-developed website of your choice, thoroughly customized with your images, branding, and custom copywriting. The accompanying collection of documents includes an Investment Guide, Welcome Guide, Design Proposal, Design Presentation, and Goodbye Packet—in addition to social media templates. All of these will be edited to complement your completed website.
Our semi-custom websites are limited release, with only 10 copies of each one sold. Despite limitless opportunities for personalization, we have chosen to limit quantities to ensure that your site feels entirely unique to your studio.

TERMS OF USE
IDCO grants to each semi-custom website purchaser a single-use license. This license applies to all templates purchased on the www.idco.studio website as well as any Bonus Materials that are included in the package. This license means exactly as it sounds… you only get to use the design for one website, and the Bonus Materials are only intended to be used by one person (the purchaser). If you wish to use the template or Bonus Materials for additional purposes, you will have to purchase an additional template package from IDCO. This license is non-exclusive, meaning that other people will be able to purchase our template packages. However, we only offer our semi-custom websites on a limited release basis. We will only sell each website design to a maximum of 10 purchasers, allowing you to have a beautifully designed website at an affordable price, that is not just one in a sea of many. To be clear, you also cannot resell, lease, duplicate, license, sub-license, redistribute, or offer the template for free to any third party or marketplace.

Once a semi-custom website purchase has been made, you will not be able to cancel your purchase, and no refunds will be issued by IDCO.
